In 2005, Choco-Logo began offering factory overruns to downtown Buffalo shoppers in a newly renovated retail space just steps away from the production line. That’s what you call factory-fresh! Chocolatier Dan Johnson also tapped into his culinary beginnings by blending exciting flavor combinations into confections available exclusively in our shop. Choco-Logo’s shop has become a gallery of Chef Johnson’s chocolate imagination and inspiration. Look for limited edition seasonal truffles like Ice Wine, Black & Tan, Absinthe and Lavender, Egg Nog, and Strawberry Margarita.
