We ship UPS.  Special "hot weather" shipping rates apply to all orders from June 1 - Sept 15.

Please Note: Chocolate is perishable. To ensure the quality of our product we ship with cold packs and insulation during summer months and to hot climates. Extra charges may apply.

Return Policy

Being that chocolate is perishable "food", we cannot offer a standard Return Policy. We offer a pledge that if customers are not satisfied to call us at 1-800-85CHOCO within 30 days.

Warranty

If product was damaged during transport, please notify us within 5 days of receiving shipment Call 1-800-85CHOCO with your tracking number.
